Michigan Projects

Liberty Power has had a presence in Michigan for five years as the owner and operator of the Deerfield Wind Farm. That project includes 72 turbines (44 Vestas V110-2.0 wind turbines and 28 Vestas V110-2.2 turbines). The 150-megawatt wind farm achieved commercial operation in 2016.

The Deerfield II Wind Farm located near Kinde, Michigan with 21 turbines (16 Vestas V162-6.0 wind turbines, 4 Gamesa G114 wind turbines, and 1 Vestas V150-5.6 wind turbine) achieved commercial operation on March 21, 2023.
